| ~I live for the weekend~
if you think of the rest of the year in terms of your weekend plans, it goes by so much faster. I mean, seirously...next weekend includes an Easter Egg Hunt (late i know, but it'll be a blast), a day for me and one person...! with Mainstreet Arts Festival and bowling, and a graduation dinner for seniors at my church. The next weekend is the sweet BIG BAND DANCE, Southwest's spring show and Dance for the Planet Festival in Dallas. The next weekend is AP test prep and tryout practices for Purple Elite. Then it's my Spring Recital (woooooooohoooooooo). And finally, PROM!!!! into graduation ( ) which ultimately means...
**Summer**
and in light of today being Easter...God does amazing things and Jesus's death and resurrection doesn't even fit the word "amazing". There is absolutley no word to describe it. It's only human for us to sin, but with the spectatcular love God has for us, we are able to be forgiven and if we just believe, we will spend eternity with Him and with our friends who have the same belief. It makes me feel guilty though: while we live our lives sinning, doing the things God doesn't want us to do, we are rewarded with the prize of eternity in Heaven. It just shows that we have to do our best to live a Godly life. As long as we realize our sins, ask for forgiveness, spread the Word, and just believe, our life on Earth, no matter how fun we think it is, will never ever live up to what it will be when we get that chance of a lifetime to live eternally in Heaven. |
